Prerequisites
Connect an external display and choose Extend, not Duplicate, in your system display settings.
Enable
- Presentation → Set Up Show → tick Use Presenter View;
- Choose the audience monitor and start;
- Your screen shows the current slide, notes, next slide and a timer.
Tips
- Write bullet points in notes, not full sentences;
- Rehearse timing to know how long each slide takes;
- Press B or W to blank the screen and regain attention.
