Fixing common WPS printing problems

Checklist

• Wrong scaling: confirm A4 in Page Setup and choose Actual size, not Fit to page;
• Margins lost: uncheck "ignore print area";
• Blank pages: extra paragraphs or section breaks at the end — show formatting marks and delete them;
• Duplex order: select long-edge binding in the printer properties;
• Sheet cut off: set a print area, or use Fit sheet on one page.

Saving paper

Always use Print Preview to confirm pagination; draft with two pages per sheet, duplex and greyscale.
