Fails to start or crashes
- Run once as administrator to rule out permissions;
- Use Configuration Tools → Repair;
- If it persists, reinstall and clean the leftover config folder.
Cannot save
- Check disk space and whether another program holds the file;
- Confirm write permission and avoid saving to a root folder;
- Do not use / \ : * ? " < > | in file names.
Corrupt file
Use File → Open and Repair; if that fails, restore from a backup copy or version history.
Printing
Restart the print spooler, update the driver, or export to PDF first.
