WPS AI is built into Writer, Spreadsheets and Presentation. No add-in is required — just sign in.
How to enable
- Open WPS Writer and click the WPS AI button on the top bar;
- Sign in and accept the terms on first use;
- Type a prompt in the right panel, or select text and choose AI polish from the context menu.
Three common scenarios
- Drafting: "Write an 800-word quarterly sales summary with figures and open issues";
- Polishing: select a paragraph and choose polish, shorten or expand;
- Continuation: select the last sentence and click continue to keep the same tone.
Tips
The more specific the prompt, the better the output: state purpose, length, structure and tone. Always verify numbers and proper nouns afterwards.
