Three ways to extend

  • Marketplace: install translation, mind-map or batch-export tools in one click;
  • Add-ins: web-based task panes; see the official JSAPI documentation;
  • Macros: internal automation, no publishing needed.

A minimal path

  1. Write a manifest describing the add-in entry point;
  2. Serve the page from a local web server;
  3. Load it in WPS and use JSAPI to read or write documents.

Notes

Production requires HTTPS and a signed manifest. Any feature that sends document content outside must be disclosed and authorised.
