Sign up and sign in

  • Phone, email and third-party accounts are supported;
  • Bind both phone and email, and enable two-step verification under Security;
  • Business users can sign in with a company account so data belongs to the organisation.

Syncing

  1. Sign in with the same account everywhere;
  2. Save files to Cloud documents rather than local folders;
  3. Enable auto-sync and Wi-Fi-only sync in Settings → Sync.

Devices

Review the device list in Account Center and sign out lost ones. Before switching computers, sign out and clear the local cache on the old machine.
