Open Cloud documents → Storage management and sort by size; videos and design assets usually dominate.
Clean up
- Empty the recycle bin — it counts towards your quota;
- Archive documents with long version histories locally, then delete the cloud copy;
- Keep large attachments local or in another drive.
Upgrade or alternatives
Premium adds space; for temporary needs, export a zip and keep it locally. Teams should buy shared space for easier handover.
