Eight tips
- Mark frequently used files as available offline under Me → Settings → Offline;
- Use New → Local templates for CVs, expense forms and more;
- Tools → Scan to document corrects perspective and outputs PDF;
- Tools → PDF to Word converts right on the phone;
- Enable auto-save so the system cannot reclaim your edits;
- Use find and replace to fix repeated typos;
- Freeze panes when reading large sheets;
- Sync manually once you are back online.
Caveat
Offline conflicts resolve to the latest edit — check version history for important files after reconnecting.
